Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children, supporting their development and well-being.
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and growth.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all children in your care, following safeguarding procedures.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff.
- Adapt to different nursery environments, maintaining a consistent level of care and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience in an early years setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to different nursery settings.
