Job Description: They are seeking a highly competent and experienced Financial Services Administrator to support their team of financial advisors. This pivotal role involves managing client communications, processing new business, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. This is a full-time role with hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and financial advisers.
  • Handle client inquiries and manage sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the processing of new business and client on-boarding.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in an IFA office or similar financial environment.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial services software and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
