This award-winning estate agency is seeking a senior professional to join their property management department, in a dual role offering a superb platform for career progression.
As a Property Manager, you will handle a variety of responsibilities to manage the portfolio including maintenance, financial and administrative tasks. Your daily focus will be share between liaising with contractors, answer general enquiries, allocating fees, collecting and authorising rent payments, charging contractor expenses, as well as processing new tenant files. This right candidate will need prior experience in reporting, auditing and updating files while building and maintaining relationship with the landlord and tenants. Although ARLA membership would be preferred, candidates with meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational capabilities, and a solid customer service background will be considered.

- Working hours = Mon-Fri 8.45am-6pm
- 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
- 4 additional days of at Christmas including Christmas eve
