Grafton Banks Finance is actively supporting an education sector client near Worthing in recruiting a Part-Time Finance Manager for a long-term contract. This role involves managing daily financial operations and leading finance management functions within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Payroll: Monitor reports, reconciliations, and process payroll.
- Budget Support: Assist with budgets and monitor expenditure.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Year-End Management: Oversee year-end financial processes.
- Bank Account Oversight: Manage and oversee bank accounts.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform other finance-related tasks as needed.
Experience and Skills Desired:
- Availability: Able to start on short notice.
- Hours: Seeking part-time hours.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel and bespoke finance systems.
