We're growing and are on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor who can help us continue to deliver the gold standard in cleanroom support and care.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for our Cleanroom clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly specialised team in a unique and regulated industry.
Your Mission at Elis
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Stores, Transport, Quality, and Account Management) to ensure a seamless service.
- Manage Cleanroom consumables orders and track supplier delivery times.
- Provide accurate customer quotes and support changes in delivery or collection schedules, including around Bank Holidays.
- Make customer satisfaction calls and contribute to improving service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer data using internal systems (ABS).
What will make you stand out?
- Proven customer service experience – ideally in a technical or regulated industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Calm and professional manner, even under pressure.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
