The role of the Recruitment Resourcer
- Working closely alongside the permanent team to source suitable candidates for commercial vacancies
- Advert writing, posting and management on our website and job boards
- Attending regular service review meetings in person and via Teams / Zoom calls alongside the consultants
- Interviewing candidates and assessing suitability for live vacancies
- Responsible for the day-to-day communication with the client, as well as managing the client's recruitment intakes

- Juggling a busy workload and prioritising urgent vacancies
