A successful business in Barnet are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their accounting team.
This is a varied role, working closely with the Finance Manager.
You will take responsibility for processing and monitoring all transactions within the business, including the management of the monthly payroll.
- Manage monthly payroll
- Raise sales invoices on a monthly basis
- Allocate incoming payments
- Some credit control on an ad-hoc basis
- All aspects of accounts payable
- Bank reconciliation
- Processing staff expenses
- Ad-hoc variance analysis
Applicants will ideally be at least AAT Part-Qualified, although this is not essential.
