Forward Role are working with a B2C professional services business to recruit a Senior CRM Executive. This role will report into the CRM Manager and join a CRM team of 5.

Responsibilities:
- Line management of a CRM Assistant
- Plan, build, segment, test and deploy end-to-end CRM campaigns
- Automations & workflows
- Data integrations
- Create email nurturing campaigns to convert leads
- AB test to ensure optimisation
- Analysis and reporting of campaigns
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role
- Strong working knowledge of CRM tools for marketing purposes
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data, report on performance and suggest areas for improvement
