Juice is excited to be supporting a well-known Financial Services Company based in Bath city centre, in their search for a Client Services Team Leader to join their growing team.

This is an exciting time to join the business as the organisation is continually growing and sustaining new business. You will manage the Client Services team, ensuring that a high level of service is provided to Financial Advisors and Clients.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Ensuring that the Client Services Teams consistently hit their KPIs
  • Allocating day-to-day responsibilities amongst the team making sure any advisor's and client's queries are answered in a professional and timely manner
  • Consistently reviewing processes within the department to optimise efficiency within the team
  • Monitoring and highlighting areas for improvement and development
  • Managing and resolving escalated complaints or queries when required
  • Working closely with the Head of Experience and other Team Leaders to help deliver an effective delivery operation
  • Identifying and managing risks
  • Developing effective training plans for all new and existing team members
  • Coordinating regular performance reviews to encourage and motivate professional development
  • Assisting with recruitment and disciplinary procedures when required

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Previous experience in a senior / staff management position
  • Exposure to working in Financial Services or a regulated environment
  • A background in managing a customer service-based team
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • A proactive problem solver who has excellent decision-making skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working to deadlines under pressure
  • Knowledge of SIPPS, ISAs, Pensions, Platforms, CASS
