Our client, a primary school in Hammersmith, is currently seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant to join their team to start ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a friendly school environment, providing essential support to both staff and pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the school office
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Managing pupil records and attendance
- Assisting with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Previous administrative experience (school setting preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
