My client is looking to expand its Southampton Real Estate team and is currently seeking talented candidates for the role of Residential Property Associate.
The team serves a diverse client base, including private buyers and sellers from the UK and abroad, and is a trusted partner for many leading mortgage lenders.
As the successful candidate, you will handle a variety of tasks related to the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties.
Your role will involve:
- Reviewing, drafting and amending contracts, deeds, letters and reports
- Completing search submissions and land registry formalities, researching titles and addressing related queries
- Managing the process of exchange, completion and post-completion
- Advising on financial aspects such as mortgage redemption, transfer of equity and re-mortgage processes
- Handling residential tenancy and licence issues
- Providing guidance on residential property transactions for new developments
- Managing secured lending work
