Quality Engineer - Electronics - Life Cycle Support

A leading global player in AC drive technology seeks a talented Innovation Engineer to join their dynamic team!

The Opportunity:

This role will see you collaborate closely with a dedicated engineering team within the Quality department - tasked with supporting the continued success of their flagship product line. You'll be at the forefront of:

  • Optimizing released product designs: Analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and partner with colleagues to implement changes that enhance quality and minimize failure rates.
  • Resolving customer issues: Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot customer concerns, develop effective solutions, and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Cost-saving initiatives: Evaluate and approve alternative components, contributing to improved efficiency and long-term cost reduction.
  • Continuous improvement: Play an active role in the Innovation team's efforts to constantly optimize processes and enhance product performance.

Your Qualifications:

  • A strong engineering background with demonstrable experience and knowledge of AC drive systems.
  • A degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (or a related field) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
