Biddable Director
Independent Agency - Hybrid Model
As an Biddable Director you will be responsible for
- Overall accountability for planning, forecasting, delivery and growth of profitable paid search & paid social campaigns
- Managing clients where specialist PPC/Paid Social expertise is required
- Managing the team to ensure best-in-class delivery of campaigns and client success
- Implementing processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in the team's outputs
- Directing clients, who will be either fully owned by your team, or by a wider agency client team
- Converting new business opportunities in order to continue growing the team
You
- Plenty of experience working hands-on building and optimising paid search accounts in different sectors, with a focus on ecommerce
- Hands-on experience of planning campaigns and forecasting performance
- Seasoned client liaison skills, including project management and conflict resolution
- A track record of winning, growing and retaining clients in an agency or consultancy environment
- Management experience handling a team of technical specialists
