Have you got good administrative skills? Are you looking to make a real difference? Are you interested in a role that involves minute taking? We are looking for an experienced minute taker to join one of our clients in Oldham to support, organise and take minutes. Working hours from 9am - 5pm and paying up to GBP14.19 per hour.
What will you be doing as a Minute taker?
- Sending out invitations and preparing for meetings
- Distributing key documents
- Minute taking
- Providing general business support
- Using computer packages and communicating with a variety of audiences
- Securely managing confidential and sensitive information
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of taking minutes
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the Data Protection Act
- Good IT knowledge
