Day-to-day of the role:

- Handle incoming queries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Provide accurate information and tailored solutions to customer needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to support customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution
- Support the development of customer service processes and best practices
- Analyse customer feedback to help improve service delivery
- Take part in training and development to enhance your skills
