Job Title: Credit Controller
Salary: £27,000
Location: Near Baldock
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller with excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills to join our clients expanding team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a Credit Control role.
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Chase outstanding payments and follow collection procedures.
- Ensure payments are made within the agree timescales.
- Maintaining good customer relationships.
- Ensure sales orders fall within the customers agreed credit limit.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and credits posted on the account and verify accuracy of balances.
- Resolve any customer queries and ensure accounts are kept up to date.
- Follow up on collection of outstanding accounts and monitor debtor balances.
- Set up new credit applications and maintain records.
