?? About The Job ??

As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing a fleet of company vehicles, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of resources. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee budgeting, contracts, policy management, vehicle arrangement, maintenance, and administration. As part of your role, you will also arrange driver training, manage motor insurance claims, and foster relationships with external suppliers. Working alongside stakeholders, you will help deliver the company's van strategy and ensure repairs and maintenance stay within budget.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong people and team management skills
  • Previous experience managing fleet operations and making contract and policy changes
  • The ability to work independently and effectively across all levels of the organisation

  • The ability to manage a high workload and meet deadlines
