Chief Operating Officer

An exceptional and newly created role for a Chief Operating Officer to join this fast-growing, award-winning SaaS organization during a period of exceptional growth, investment and product development.

You will lead diverse operations and dynamic cross functional teams responsible for delivering first class client engagement across customer success, onboarding, account management and retention.

Your role will prove pivotal role to ensuring smooth operations, fostering a high-performance culture, and promoting continuous improvement across all customer-facing functions. You will be required to implement new process and initiatives to optimise software usage and enhance customer satisfaction, while also partnering with Sales functions to maximise revenue opportunities from both new and existing customers, driving annual recurring revenue (ARR) and extending customer lifetime value.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies for growth and boost operational efficiency.
  • Develop new customer engagement procedures and operational efficiency to be implemented across international teams.
  • Motivate, lead and inspire mentor teams across customer onboarding, experience, account management, and retention to achieve outstanding results.
  • Elevate user engagement through innovative product improvements and customer interaction strategies.
  • Evaluate and refine operational processes to enhance performance and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the rollout of new technological solutions that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Analyse operational processes to identify and implement performance and satisfaction improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Experience Required.

  • Extensive experience in senior operations roles, particularly within SaaS, technology, consulting, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to build, lead, and motivate large, high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in managing diverse OKRs and KPIs to drive organizational performance.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth expertise in customer experience and retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to spearhead technological innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
