We are working with a leading law firm in London who are seeking a Legal Receptionist Administrator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.

What experience will you need? For this role, you will need to be a highly organised individual with great interpersonal skills. Some previous experience working within a similar role will be essential and the firm will consider those from a professional services environment.

Within this exciting role, you will be providing a high standard of receptionist and administrative service. You'll be the first point of contact, so you'll need to be a confident and strong communicator. Duties would include some of the below:

  • Answering calls promptly and carrying out effective screening.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors in reception.
  • Arranging events, incl. services for events.
  • Booking meeting rooms and managing diary schedules.
  • Managing travel bookings for business meetings.
  • Dealing with day-to-day general admin duties, such as document formatting and inbox management.
