Your Role Will Involve:
- Enhancing conduct and performance management processes alongside Royal Mail's HR team.
- Investigating and addressing worker issues, supporting disciplinary hearings, and managing responses to grievances.
- Coaching on best practice worker engagement and management processes.
- Identifying risks and supporting initiatives to protect the reputations of Angard Staffing, Royal Mail, and Reed Talent Solutions.
- Analysing feedback from service evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
