Physics Teacher
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: MPS/UPS (Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale)
Working Arrangement: Office Based
An Ofsted rated Good education provider is looking for a full time physics teacher to join on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons to students in Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5
Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to inspire students and promote academic success
Assess, track, and report on student progress, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Physics curriculum and contribute to departmental initiatives
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Physics at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 levels
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Physics education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
