We are working with a Medium sized Freight Forwarder who have an exciting opportunity for an Air Export Clerk.
Looking for 1-2 years Air Export experience start to finish, if needs training in any areas will look at that.
Role Involves:
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Completion of end-to-end forwarding activities when required.
- Follow strict and time sensitive SOP's/KPI's to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with internal and external customers.Experience
Experience
- 1-2 years Air Export Start to Finish experience.
- Good Customs Clearance experience.
- Good Operational knowledge.
- A high level of customer service skills.
- Fully PC Literate and can pick up new systems.
- Cargo Wise experience advantage.
- Knowledge of Customs Tariffs and procedures.
- Problem solving experience.
- Negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed.
Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
