VNA Recruitment are currently searching for a Resident Liaison Officer for our client based in Sutton. The main responsibilities of this role are:
- Ensuring that the residents receive excellent customer service
- Visiting and issuing approved communications and literature to residents prior to works being carried out
- Creating tenant profiles and undertaking home surveys
- Keeping in contact with residents regularly
- Informing the residents of delays/changes to the programme of works
- Carrying out resident courtesy visits and following up
