The difference you will make as a Night Services Supervisor
You will work at night, as part of a shift rota across a defined geographical area whilst supervising a team of night workers and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality housing and support service to Riverside clients. The focus of the service will be to ensure that the work with the clients is client focused, of a high quality and meets agreed performance targets and to ensure the night team is supervised effectively.

We are looking for someone who:
Trusts in their own judgement, makes decisions confidently and with hindsight are correct. Analysis data logically and plans work that takes into account peaks and troughs uses own initiative and adapts plans quickly to address changes in the environment. Perseveres even when task appears boring striving to achieve a quality outcome.
