What You'll Do:
As a Commercial Analyst, you'll be a vital part of the team, supporting retail, commercial, digital, and operational teams to improve their performance. By providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations, you'll guide decisions that directly impact the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Analysing trading performance against financial and non-financial KPIs, with a focus on identifying key drivers and trends.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across various business areas and providing financial modelling for business cases and initiatives.
- Designing and owning a suite of dashboards and reporting tools, particularly in Tableau, to present insights clearly and concisely.
- Providing value-added analysis to help stakeholders understand performance and take action to maximize future profitability.
What We're Looking For:
We need a motivated, detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for continuous improvement and a knack for clear communication.
- Qualifications: Part qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in a commercial role or a strong desire to pursue a career in commercial finance.
