Head Hotel Receptionist Up to £35,000 Outskirts of Newmarket Working Hours are 8am - 5pm Tuesday to Saturday
A well-known Luxury Hotel, located on the outskirts of Newmarket are looking to recruit a friendly and experienced Head Receptionist who is looking to take the next step in their career. This high-end hotel offers a friendly atmosphere and relaxed working environment, catering for weddings, events and functions as well as day-to-day trade.
The ideal Head Hotel Receptionist will need to have a background in working in hotels on reception, able to work well as part of a team and be reliable and hard working. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team, deliver an impeccable service to all customers, and learn from some of the best in the industry.
As Head Hotel Receptionist, you will be in charge of the smooth operation of the front desk, making sure customer service is of the highest standard at all times. You must be highly organized, be able to delegate, good at problem solving as well as have a good head for meeting revenue figures and ensuring targets are met.
Previously hospitality experience is a must with at least 3 years' experience working on reception.
You will ideally be a car driver.
