Original Talent Recruitment are pleased to be partnered with a well known client in their search for a Finance Administrator to join their team
You must have experience in a similar role, you do not need to hold AAT qualifications but someone who has experience in a Finance, Purchase Ledger, Accounts Payable or Credit Control role is essential
Duties will include:
- Deal with all accounts queries over the phone and via email
- Match PO number to invoices to ensure accuracy on the system
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate client and account records
- Identify discrepancies and rectify
- Process invoices
- Work on a global scale, working with other currencies
- Process company payment runs
Ideally you will:
- Have experience in a similar role
- Be used to working in a fast paced role
- Be a self starter
- Excellent communication skills
