Your New Organisation

My client is a social housing provider, looking to deliver decarbonisation programmes across the current housing stock using ORP Funding. You will lead a team of decarbonisation surveyors, a tenant liaison officer, and a data analyst.

Your New Role

You will lead the delivery of three Welsh Government Funded Optimised Retrofit Programmes (ORP). This includes managing two large solar PV programmes, a programme of External Wall Insulation (EWI), Internal Wall Insulation (IWI), and roof replacements up to the value of 4 million. The position will report directly to the Head of Asset Management & Decarbonisation and you must ensure compliance with WHQS3 standards and government guidelines. You will be required to identify and manage risks and opportunities affecting retrofit initiatives.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Proven project management experience in social housing includes a familiarity with decarbonisation initiatives and energy efficiency programs. The client requires a strong leader that possesses competent communication skills, as well as experience with compliance relating to CDM regulations and a customer-focussed approach.

What You'll Get in Return

You will receive a salary of £45,000 per annum for a fixed term of 12-months maternity cover along with benefits. The position will be supported with a 3-month handover covering objectives within an achievable action plan.
