Your new role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Planned Works Supervisor to work within a property services function in Cornwall. You will have day to day responsibility for delivery and coordination of a higher quality, efficient value for money customer-focused service, ensuring that projects achieve the required quality and targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide effective and efficient line management of operational staff undertaking servicing and planned works delivery.
- Ensure all works being undertaken meet the required standards in relation to delivery timescales and quality.
- Carry out property inspections to determine work requirements and ensure requirements are progressed in line with policies, procedures, specifications, and time targets.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this exciting new role, you will need to have a relevant qualification which can be held within a building trade to NVQ level 2, or demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience. ln addition, you will need to hold a Level 3 qualification (which can be in any subject area). Significant knowledge and experience working within the building property and maintenance sector will be critical, as well knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations.
