�? Risk and Controls Specialist Needed! �?

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Risk and Controls Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. As a Risk and Controls Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of Risk & Control Self Assessment Transformation for our client's Markets business.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Develop risk and control assessments for key Front-to-Back processes in Markets.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand risks and key controls across Markets Businesses.
Review inherent risk assessments for key risks across Markets in partnership with stakeholders.
Support the population of the key controls database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive control descriptions.
Drive the execution of transformation deliverables to meet demanding timelines.
Effectively manage complex dependencies by collaborating with the Markets Team.
Provide timely updates on progress and escalate significant risks and delivery barriers.

�? Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Markets Front Office and/or Operations risk and control.
Understanding of operational risk management frameworks and/or risk and control assessments.
Strong familiarity with Markets Front Office and/or Operations key processes, risks, and controls.
Proven ability to execute large complex projects to high standards within tight timelines.
Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of delivering right-first-time outcomes promptly.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to apply business understanding to develop robust risk and control assessments.
Experience in Internal Audit, Front Office Control, or Operational Risk is a plus.

?? This is a Contract Role, offering a competitive daily rate ranging from £700 to £750 (inside IR35 via umbrella). The contract end date is June 30, 2025.
