In this role, you will be responsible for managing the compliance and advisory needs of a portfolio of personal tax clients and trusts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within an accountancy practice, specifically in a tax-based role. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of client assignments, meeting turnaround targets and deadlines.
- Produce and complete relevant tax returns for your portfolio of clients with precision.
- Identify and assist with tax advisory projects as requested.
- Foster positive client relationships, providing exceptional standards of client care.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, delivering expert guidance and advice.
- Engage and onboard new clients successfully.
- Stay updated with changes in UK Tax legislation and their implications for clients.
- Train and mentor team members within the department.
- Collaborate and share knowledge with the tax team and colleagues.
Role Requirements:
- Proven capability in a similar tax-based role.
- Strong interest in business and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Possession of a full driving license.
