They are looking tosecure a Mid/Senior Level Ruby on Rails Developer who is keen to add valuewith their creative and delivery-focused team. The culture is fast-paced, withhigh-performing results to drive the business forward. You will be working in avery collaborative environment, where will you be making real world changes andimpacting people in a positive way. Their environment is very entrepreneurialbased where they want someone who wants to be involved in impactful projectsand looking to grow and scale with the business within the startup space.
This position ispaying £70,000- £80,000 + benefits and has a hybrid working scheme which is 3days per week onsite in Central London.
Skill Set:
- Ideally, 3-5 years Ruby on Rails experience
- Extensive JavaScript experience
- Ideally, AWS experience (any cloud is OK)
- Management experience - You have led small projects/teams and can demonstrate leadership qualities/mindset
