Legal Contracts Advisor
An award-wining global recruitment firm who specialises in the renewable energy sector is seeing a Legal Contracts Advisor to join them permanently.
Most of their clients are large organizations, leading to complex contracts that involve multiple suppliers. Therefore, they are looking for someone confident in reviewing and drafting contracts, ideally with the ability to identify parties in intricate agreements and manage correspondence and negotiations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate client contracts for both temporary assignments and permanent positions across the firms' entities.
- Review and amend third-party agreements such as NDAs, non-competition agreements, and supplier contracts.
- Support Recruitment consultants in client meetings and negotiations.
- Manage and resolve national and international legal disputes, including contractual and employment matters.
- Serve as the first escalation point for the Contracts & Compliance team, assisting with legal and contractual queries.
- Oversee and support the work permit application process, coordinating with local immigration partners.
- Manage and mentor a junior legal advisor, providing training and development support.
About You:
- Ideally 2 years' experience as either a commercial paralegal or a legal advisor.
- Confident understanding of contract law and experience negotiation and reviewing complex contracts.
- Experience within a recruitment agency is a plus.
- Full in-office working, able to attend their office in Bromley, Kent.
