What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: BOHS P402, P403, P404 are a must.
- Experience: Proven industry expertise in asbestos surveying and air monitoring.
- Skills: Stellar communication skills (both verbal and written) and proficiency in IT, particularly TEAMS systems.
- Knowledge: Strong grasp of UK asbestos legislation, air monitoring, clearance testing, and asbestos removal management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment: Precisely evaluate asbestos removal works, detect asbestos debris, and ensure compliance with HSG 247 clearance tests.
- Client Management: Handle account management for specific clients with finesse.
- Communication: Liaise with clients and line managers to ensure seamless site operations.
- Reporting: Process samples and generate comprehensive reports promptly.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in monthly toolbox talks and mandatory training sessions.
- Mentorship: Assist in training and guiding less experienced team members
