AJ Chambers are excited to be working with a Tier 1 Legal 500 and band 1 in Chambers HNW law firm in Hertfordshire, who are seeking a Senior Solicitor to join their Dispute Resolution Team.
Are you an ambitious Senior Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE within Property Litigation? Do you have the experience of handling complex commercial landlord and tenant disputes, terminal dilapidations, boundary disputes, property right and disputed right of way. If so, we must speak about this fantastic opportunity.
Requirements:
- Management/ supervision experience
- Commercially astute
- A positive mindset while being a great team player, while being self motivated to work under minimal supervision
- Proven business developments skills and a huge drive to grow the department further
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Property Litigation
In return, our client will offer you:
- Up to £80,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
