Your new role
- Assist the sales team with Administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, contracts, and reports.
- Responding to client enquiries, providing information about properties, and scheduling viewings.
- Maintain and update clients and property databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute the necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist with marketing activities, including preparing promotional materials and updating property listings.
- Schedule and organise meetings, viewings, and appointments for the sales team.
- Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Understanding of letting processes in the UK market.
- 1 year + experience in a residential property company
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Willingness to assist with various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
