Are you an experienced HR professional with a flair for managing international market expansion projects? We're looking for a dynamic HR Project Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to West London once a month and international travel 3-4 weeks per year)

Salary: £250 - £300 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR projects focused on international market expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategies for salaries, bandings, contracts, and benefits in new markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR policies and practices.
  • Analyse business and people data to inform decision-making and drive project success.
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices and compliance in international markets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing HR projects, particularly related to international expansion.
  • Strong understanding of salaries, bandings, contracts, and benefits.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to West London once a month and international locations.
