L3 Teaching Assistant

Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in a welcoming and supportive primary school?

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in Rugby, providing valuable support across Key Stage 1 (KS1).

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with class teachers to provide support and assistance in KS1 classrooms.

Help plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that promote positive learning outcomes for all pupils.

Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within a mainstream setting.

Assist with classroom management and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Support small groups and individual students, helping to boost academic progress and confidence.

Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to teacher assessments and reports.

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

Experience working with KS1 students in a primary school setting.

A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting children's learning and development.

A willingness to support SEN pupils in a mainstream environment.

An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).
