Italian Speaker with Customer Service and / or Office Admin Experience
We urgently need a Customer Service / Office Admin Person to join a Finance team on a 2/3-month temporary contract. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 to 18:30. You will be paid weekly the salary offered is above minimum wage.
Role:
- Dealing with Italian speaking customers via the telephone and over email
- Credit Checking Customers
- Associated administration
- Updating the database
- Making Verification Calls to Italian / UK customers
- Interacting with the Italian office
- Ensuring tasks are carried out as requested by your Line Manager and the Italian Supervisor
About you:
- Previous experience within an office environment
- Be fluent in Italian
- Have strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use own initiative
