S alary: £35,000 - £50,000 + 50% bonus uncapped
Location: Sunderland (Hybrid)
My client is a rapidly growing organisation with a global client base, offering a technology-focused professional services solution. As part of their exciting growth plans, they are recruiting for a Client Realtionship Manager to support their increasing client portfolio, ensuring customers get the most out of the services provided and spotting new revenue opportunities.
The Role
- Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships to successfully retain accounts and realise upsell opportunities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of their products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and retention targets to drive business growth.
- Develop and manage an annual growth plan in line with new forecasts.
- Manage your own pipeline and all work activities, maintaining accurate information and up-to-date forecasts on all prospect deals.
The Person
- Demonstrable pedigree in B2B commercially-focused account management.
- Experience of using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology, ideally from a technology, software, recruitment or similar background
- Track record of cross and upselling and exceeding revenue related targets.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic customer plans.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and team members at all levels.
- Ambitious to develop your career further within the organisation.
