Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting for an experienced customer service/order processor to join this international customer service team.

You will work closely with supply chain, logistics and finance and ensure that an excellent customer journey is received by all. Handling calls and emails you will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking orders and processing on ERP system
  • Liaising with customers to update on order
  • Raising sales orders through the system
  • Complete accurate shipment paperwork
  • Maintain systems and identify any issues with orders
  • Manage any complaints and resolve where possible
  • Manage sales inbox

Skills/experience:

  • Previous customer service and order processing experience
  • Good IT skills including Excel knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Italian ideal - written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own work load
