Are you looking for a new role as a Senior Special Events Manager where you can utilise your HNWI relationship management skills? I am delighted to be partnering with a leading health charity to recruit a Senior Events Manager for an 8-month contract. This is an incredible opportunity to work with them during one of their biggest ever years.

Title: Senior Events Manager
Line manages: Events Manager and Events Coordinator (up to 4 staff members)
Salary: £43,617 pro rata
Location: London Hybrid (2 days a week in the office- but very flexible and family-friendly)
Hours: Full-time 35 hours but open to compressed hours or part-time too
Contract: 8 months

About the role
The role will lead on and oversee special events, providing knowledge and experience for team members, as well as innovating to identify new events and areas for improvement across the calendar. The events include a golf day and an anniversary carol concert with dinner. You will lead the development and implementation of the Special Events priority area of the GOSH Charity Fundraising Strategy to raise significant income. You will work with HNWI members of committees and manage their involvement in the events. You will innovate and co-create new event concepts within the Special Events team and the wider fundraising team.

About you
You will have brilliant special events experience and a wonderful experience in managing and motivating events committees. You will have a great understanding of the High-Net-Worth individuals. You will have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. You will have evidence of working with external fundraising committees and senior volunteers to deliver high-value events. Proven experience in managing and delivering high-level events with significant income targets is important.
