- The primary purpose of this role is for the appointed fee earner to manage a caseload of personal injury matters while providing clients with clear guidance and support.
- Duties include, taking and drafting witness statements, obtaining and reviewing records, liability investigations and preparing for conferences and hearings.
- Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience managing personal injury litigation cases, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
