Responsibilities:

  • Completing compliance checks and updating "Profile" CRM system
  • Data entry putting applications on the system using "Profile" CRM System
  • Reference checks using telephone system and logging information on "Profile" CRM System
  • Making up marketing mailers using Canva before emailing out using Outlook
  • Working collaboratively with teams in the business to create a social media footprint on Facebook and Instagram
  • Making timesheets through Microsoft 365 package and inputting payroll and holidays onto "Profile" CRM system
  • Searching and selecting candidates using CRM and collaboratively sending email interest using Outlook
  • Answering the phone to clients, taking detailed notes and logging client information onto the CRM system
  • Acting as first point of contact for candidates

  • Excellent computer skills

  • The ability to think for yourself and enjoy solving problems

Salary:

The starting apprentice salary will be £18,000 per annum (with regular reviews based on performance). After successful completion of your apprenticeship, and good performance levels you will have the opportunity to progress up to a £25,000 salary.

Working hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9am - 6pm, Friday 8am-5pm – one hour for lunch
