Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing retail business, with the appointment of a Business Development Manager to join their growing team, based near Avonmouth.
You will be working very closely with their field sales team, reaching out to customers who have recently received a home visit to demonstrate their products. Your goal will be to convert the unsuccessful appointments into a sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to customers who have recently received a home visit.
- Relationship building to understand the customer needs to obtain a sale.
- Discussing and upselling products.
- Obtaining feedback and ensuring follow up calls.
Skills required:
- Sales or retention experience.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build a professional yet relaxed rapport at all levels.
- A calm and unflappable nature.
Extra details:
- Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
- Office based near Avonmouth.
- Must have own vehicle, no public transport links.
Basic Salary up to £30,000 (OTE £50,000-£60,000)
