Remote working with occasional travel to Chelmsford/Cambridge
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRM & Marketing Data Specialist to join our clients dynamic team at a leading higher education institution. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the CRM and marketing data strategy, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or similar CRM platforms), and campaign management tools.
With your substantial background in CRM systems, data analysis, and marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project sponsors, business analysts, and developers, to drive data-driven campaigns that increase engagement and conversions. You will be instrumental in preparing customer data, managing automations, and monitoring campaign success, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Skills
- Substantial experience in a similar role
- CRM subject matter expert
- Knowledge and usage of MS Dynamics or similar CRM platforms, database analysis and campaign management software e.g. Click Dimensions, Sitecore XP, Google Analytics
- Track record of successful stakeholder management & engagement.
