We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as
Strategic
Operations Manager.
You will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic direction, ensuring alignment between long-term objectives and daily operations.
Role and responsibilities of our Strategic Operations Manager
- Possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking capabilities and a proven track record of optimising operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priories and allocate resources effectively.
- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Implement performance metric and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational strategies.
- Regularly monitor and analyse operational and financial performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Skills and experience required of our
Strategic Operations Manager
- Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- You will not be afraid to challenge and question to ensure effectiveness and seek to identify more innovative ways of working.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of driving change and achieving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
