Description

  • Develop and implement proactive media strategies.
  • React to breaking news media requests.
  • You will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop relationships.
  • Disseminate media coverage on a regular basis and monitor the impact of our media activity.
  • Identify media opportunities by monitoring.
  • working with real life case studies and preparing them for media interviews to generate opportunities.
  • Liaise with journalists

Profile

  • You have worked in the NFP/public sector
  • Experience of the UK media landscape
  • You understand how media relations works closely with strategic, integrated, communication plans to ensure development of effective media plans.
  • Knowledge on social media and how it can impact the news environment.
  • You are confident, empathetic and compassionate
