They are seeking 2 Service Engineers to join the Service Team and could look at Trainee BMS Engineers or experienced individuals.

A lot of their work is commercial buildings but do also look after private hospitals, data centres and a few high end residential buildings.

Progression is available as this business is expanding organically.

The role of a BMS Service Engineer:

  • To carry out PPMs on BMS systems across a range of systems and sites
  • To fault find and carry out repairs
  • To produce reports including strategy drawings, test results and modification drawings
  • Working closely with the coordination teams and the Service Manager
  • To work closely with customers and ensure they are happy with the work and to make them aware of the benefits and the savings
  • Quoting for replacements of parts
  • Be proactive with providing energy solutions and ideas
  • MUST have experience with either Trend, Tridium, Distech, Delta or Siemens
