Our client, a fast growing B2B company in an interesting SaaS space, is seeking a highly technical Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join their innovative Marketing Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead marketing automation strategies across multiple territories and platforms.
Location: Hybrid Working (preferably 3 days a week in office)
THE SENIOR MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies across multiple territories and platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
- Create and maintain complex automated processes, workflows, nurturing and scoring programs.
- Integrate marketing automation systems with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with SEO Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Sales and Data Teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with European data protection regulations.
THE IDEAL SENIOR MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST WILL HAVE:
- 5+ years demonstrable technical experience in a senior marketing automation role.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and their integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Thorough understanding of the full product and sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certifications in Marketo, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms (preferred).
